• Slabs are a single sandwich built on one full focaccia, meant to serve 4-6 people, come precut & presented in a display box.

• Each salad is meant to serve 4-6 people & come presented in a display bowl. Dressing will come on the side and un-tossed unless specified otherwise. Forks will be provided.

• Individual sandwiches and salads can be added to your order.
